BMW will release official details regarding the Mexico factory

According to Automotive Information, BMW plans to build a brand-new manufacturing facility in Mexico will be disclosed on Thursday.

Rumors of a new plant in the Americas have been circulating for several years now and Mexico has typically been mentioned as one of the possible nations to host another BMW plant.
